Join your friends, neighbors, and families at Penny Park as we come together to celebrate America's 250th Anniversary and the unique role Silver Springs and Stagecoach have played as a historic crossroads of the American West.
From the days of the western migration, Pony Express riders, stagecoach routes, and Fort Churchill, to today's crossroads connecting Central Lyon County and Northern Nevada, our communities have always been places where people, ideas, and opportunity come together. This year's Founders Day is a celebration of that shared heritage and the people who continue to shape our future.
We're honored to welcome Nevada Lieutenant Governor Stavros Anthony, serving as Honorary Chairman of Silver Springs & Stagecoach Founders Day 2026, as he helps lead our America 250 Opening Ceremony and shares remarks on Nevada's contributions to our nation and the enduring importance of communities like ours.
