A Crossroads of History and Opportunity
Founded in 1956, the Silver Springs Area Chamber of Commerce has proudly served as a cornerstone of Nevada’s high desert communities for nearly seven decades. Rooted in a rich history as a pivotal crossroads—home to the historic Stockton Well & Desert Well Stations, the California Emigrant Trail, the Pony Express and Fort Churchill—Silver Springs & Stagecoach continue to play a vital role in Nevada’s story. Today, our community remains a crossroads to the future—uniquely positioned at the intersection of USA Parkway and Highway 50, providing direct access to the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC), the largest industrial park in the world, as well as future data centers, a regional airport, Lake Lahontan, and serving as the key connection point within Central Lyon County. | At the heart of our mission is Community Commerce—a Chamber-led strategy that brings business and community together to grow local opportunity, strengthen economic resilience, and ensure every resident has a voice in shaping our shared future. We believe strong communities start with strong connections. Whether you’re dreaming of living the rural lifestyle on spacious 5-acre parcels, looking to start a small business, or have a trade or service to offer to our growing community—we welcome you. The Silver Springs Chamber is here to support your journey and help you make your mark in one of Nevada’s most promising rural regions. Contact us |
